The best quote about blackwork EVER!
Just have fun and make beautiful things, and don't worry about any "rules" you hear about it - it doesn't have to be reversible, it doesn't have to be counted, it doesn't even have to be BLACK, unless that's the way you plan it to be.
Love this! Wonderful quote :) I honestly think blackwork is one of the most flexible stitching techniques ever, which is part of the reason I think we all love it so much ;)
